Fincas Marivent was founded in 2004 with the aim of bringing a breath of fresh air to the estate agency business in Menorca. Honesty and efficiency are the two values that are important to us. Our head office is in Sant Lluis, but our connections extend all over the island.

Our motto is "Marivent - Menorcan houses with charm" but we have a wide range of properties: Plots of land with planning permission for houses or villas; enchanting country estates waiting to be rescued from the neglect; traditional Menorcan country houses, set in incomparable locations; villas in all the urbanizations of the island, almost always a few steps from the sea, or flats and apartments in towns and villages across Menorca.
