Fincas Marivent was founded in 2004 with the aim of bringing a breath of fresh air to the estate agency business in Menorca. Honesty and efficiency are our two most important guiding values. While our head office is in Sant Lluis, our connections extend throughout the whole island.

Our motto is "Menorcan houses with charm" and we have a wide range of properties: plots of land with planning permission for houses or villas; enchanting country estates waiting to be rescued from neglect; traditional Menorcan country houses in breathtaking locations; villas in all the island’s settlements, almost always just a few steps from the sea; and apartments in towns and villages across Menorca.
